Deposits hold your stone and get your project into the schedule. Invoice payments settle a balance we've sent you. Both are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How deposits work
- A deposit is usually 50% of the quoted price and is credited to your final balance.
- Pay the deposit after you've approved the design proof, not before.
- Deposits are refundable in full until engraving begins. See terms & deposits.
